ESAM Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Schofield as Group Company Accountant. Paul brings more than twenty years of senior financial and operational expertise across manufacturing, wholesale, hospitality, and retail sectors. His background in financial control, cost management, reporting, and cross-functional operations aligns strongly with ESAM’s commitment to precision, quality, and excellence.
Paul’s experience includes leadership roles such as Chief Finance and Operations Officer and Financial Controller at Henselite, where he managed complete finance functions, manufacturing cost structures, warehousing, administration, and global import and export processes. Most recently, he served as Commercial and Finance Manager at Fluiddrive, guiding cash flow forecasting, operational reporting, and strategic financial management. His ability to create financial clarity and strengthen operational accountability supports ESAM’s continued growth in the industrial air technology sector.
Paul’s structured approach and deep understanding of manufacturing environments complement ESAM’s ongoing pursuit of excellence. His expertise will help ensure that our financial systems and operational processes continue to reflect the quality and reliability that define ESAM’s reputation.
Outside his professional achievements, Paul contributes to the Athletics community as an official at state and national competitions. He also coaches young athletes, including the current Australian Under-16 High Jump Champion, demonstrating a commitment to mentoring and development.
