Vacuuming: Side channel blowers are widely used in the textile industry. Dust, loose threads and fibre are inherent by-products of the industry, and our blowers in vacuum mode are used extensively to remove these contaminants from the environment.
Yarn management: Our blowers are used to maintain thread tension, to stabilise fabric on cutting tables, to straighten yarn fibres, and to keep socks in position during knitting.
Fabric drying: Fabrics need to be dried after the dyeing and washing stage. To remove water without causing damage, the fabric runs over an ESAM-powered suction blade or air knife. This is a fast and economical way to make the fabric ready for use.
